Come and join me for a cookery demonstration in my kitchen in Nether Wallop on Wednesday, 16th October 2024 at 10.30am.  
 
The menu is ‘Autumn delights’ 
 
This is a new menu and includes recipes not yet in any book and some of them are quite surprising!    
 
I will be cooking on my Esse and will include as many cast iron cooking techniques as possible. 
 
The timetable for the day is:  
 
10.00 – 10.15am : Coffee and home made biscuits 
10.30am : Cookery Demonstration 
12.30 - 1.00 pm : Food and wine tasting, followed by lunch – you eat the food you have seen cooked! 
 
Tickets are strictly limited to 10, to allow everyone a chance to ask lots of questions.
