Live demonstrations are back!
 
Come and join me for a cookery demonstration in my kitchen in Nether Wallop on Tuesday 21st March 2023 at 10.30am. 
 
The menu is ‘Pastry made easy’
 
This is a new menu and includes recipes not yet in any book and some of them are quite surprising!   There will be many different types of pastry, all made in front of you and then cooked for you to eat.
 
I will include as many cast iron cooking techniques as possible.
 
The timetable for the day is: 
 
10.00 – 10.15am : Coffee and home made biscuits
10.30am : Cookery Demonstration
12.30 - 1.00 pm : Food and wine tasting, followed by lunch – you eat the food you have seen cooked!
 
You will be able to ask questions throughout the demonstration.
 
Tickets are strictly limited to 10, to allow everyone a chance to ask lots of questions.
