Since we are all still having to stay at home, I think it will be a while before we are allowed to meet up in any kitchen (mine, yours or someone else’s), for an Aga demonstration.  I have put together a set of recipes that cover most of the main Aga cooking techniques and recorded a commentary so that you can pretend to be at a demonstration in your own home. No pictures, so that whatever you produce is right!
