Come and join me for a cookery demonstration in Olga Hunter’s kitchen in Richhill, Co Armagh on 
Tuesday, 18th June  2024, at 11.00 am. 
 
The menu is ‘Making the most of your Aga’ 
 
This menu and includes pretty much all of the Aga cooking techniques – Roasting, both fast and slow; baking cakes; grilling; stir frying; rice; Yorkshire pudding; steaks; oven gravy and lots more!
 
 
The timetable for the day is:  
 
10.45 : Coffee and home made biscuits 
11.00 : Cookery Demonstration 
12.30 - 1.00 pm : Food and wine tasting, followed by lunch – you eat the food you have seen cooked as well as lots more.
