Sarah Whitaker, one of the small group of authorised Aga-Rayburn demonstrators, brings you demonstrations and books packed with
quick and easy ideas to make cooking and entertaining less of a marathon.
Well known for her relaxed style and effortless recipes, she regularly gives demonstrations in Aga and Rayburn showrooms, cookery schools and private houses throughout the UK and now the USA.
From her home in rural Hampshire, Sarah runs a business
specialising in cookery demonstrations, and writing recipes. Her career has been interesting and varied:
cooking in staff canteens, wine bars, city dining rooms, a dress
shop and even a converted van in the middle of a field - feeding film
crews, cabinet ministers and rock stars!
Sarah has appeared
on Meridian TV, on several BBC radio stations, in the Aga magazine, the Sunday Times, House Beautiful
magazine, the Jersey Evening Post and the international cookery magazine Semana Cocina.
Her Christmas feast appeared in the December 2003 US House and Garden
and one of her wedding cakes has even been in Hello! magazine.
Her 2004
'Christmas made easy' demonstration was featured in the Salisbury Journal,
who dubbed her the queen of the range! More recently, she was interviewed for the April 2007 'Wiltshire Society' magazine and for the 'Style' section of the Sunday Times in August 2007.

Sarah is happy to
demonstrate for you in her own home or in yours : gather a group of
friends and spend a morning learning the secrets of Aga cooking, just
for fun or as a charity fundraising event.
Sarah's latest
recipe collection, Casual Aga Cooking, will be available in September 2009. It is lavishly illustrated with colour photographs and contains hundreds of recipes and dozens of tips
and shortcuts for confident cooking on your Aga.
